What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for membership to the Internet 4 Jewelers using a credit card or by using Pay Pal.
Why do you need my email?
Your email is used to send a payment confirmation message and as an identifier for correspondence. From time to time we will send e-mail notifications of new products.
Will you share my email with any one else?
No. We Hate Spam as Much as You Do! We assure you that your email address is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone for any reason. We value every member and respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose our list of members for any reason.

What if I change my e-mail address?
No problem. From any of the member pages click on “Change Info”. A new window will pop-up with your account information. Make any necessary changes to your information and click “Submit”.
What happens if I am a member and forget my Password or Username?
No problem. From the Home Page click on “Look up username or reset password”. If you forgot your Username fill in your e-mail address and it will be e-mailed to you. If you forgot your password you can create a new password.
Can I cancel my membership and receive a refund for the unused portion?
No! Refunds will not be given for un-used portions of your membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
It is easy! Send us an email at least 5 days before your subscription ends (recurring billing is on a 30 day cycle).
